We have been waiting for over 40 minutes to get my car even acknowledged. Just waiting no acknowledgement. No one is working you have about 6 workers walking in circles, and no one working! I do not recommend at all no one has any sense of urgency or even seems to have customer service skills. They finally come over after I go inside and he says three hour wait to get my oil changed. Well piece of advice , if you do your job and have a little sense of urgency you might get to cars a lot faster and people wouldn't the waiting for a five minute service for three hours. Completely ridiculous.

Price and convenience is the only reason I take my car here. The techs working on my vehicle are never happy when I show up and always say the same thing "it'll be two hours." I laugh every time. But I still get my oil changed, and move on down the road.

Went in for an oil change and old woman wIth a beehive hairdo started with a attitude. I was polite regardless because often old people are sick or off their medicine and act mean. I went to do soMe shopping and planned on paying with my oil change, I noticed they pulled my car out of the bay and asked the cashier if I could pay and leave. I could see he was confused on his face, he went in the garage talked to the crew came back and said he needed tto speak to Rose. He then told me my car wasn't done and they had pulled it out of the bay to work on a elderly couples car who had dropped their oil pan...Well. I left my cart asked for my key & left. Too much abuse for one day. Aside from the fact Walmart refuses to sell handgun and short cartridge ammo any longer I am done with the Mesquite Nevada Walmart. Oh and they lie on their website, they don't have a gas station here so you Road Travelers beware!
