I needed a new key fob for my newer car. I called the dealership and was shocked how much they were going to charge. I asked why so much. They told me it would take 2 hrs to code the fob. I went to The Key Man, and they treated me more than fair, and it took them less than 20 mins. I will go to them every time.
Over the years I’ve needed a locksmith once or twice. Whether that’s a key remade or duplicated, lost lock, etc… my best experiences in regards to these situations getting solved have come from here. Today I had an excellent experience just to put a key on order. I had a broken one and was given a temporary key to get me by until the ordered one came in. Clutch. I wish I remembered the name of the guy working the counter. Today is Monday Jan 8, 2024. The guy deserves a raise.
The tenant was very helpful and new his stuff. I lost a truck key and he helped me get it replaced for much cheaper than I originally thought it would cost. There was a couple of instances where he said it would likely require a process that would cost more and when it didn't he notified me and gave me the honest price despite me being quoted more. He also helped make sure the keys worked properly and fixed the issues they had after the initial cut free of charge. Overall an exceptional experience.
