The Gray Dog has been the BEST groomers I've been to. I have a PartyDoodle 🐶and an Irish SoftCoated Wheaton Terrier pup.🐕 Both were groomed again today and they look awesome. So so happy my friends recommended The Gray Dog. Thank you to Jared and Mandy.
THIS IS A .5 STAR BUT IT WON'T GIVE ME OPTIONS!!! PET OWNERS BEWAREL! I had been a good client for years and had taken my best friend in for his usual wash/dry/brush. He happily went in and was his joyful, bouncy self. Three hours later, I went to pick him up and he came out dragging like a sloth!!!! His nose was almost dragging the floor and could barely walk! I asked the girl about him and she said "he kept getting tired". We barely made our way to the car and I had to lift him in! For the next 6 days we watched our boy in BRUTAL pain in his neck and right hip!!!! He had to be lifted to walk and could NOT sleep as he could only lay straight and move his head every few seconds looking for comfort!! He COULD NOT even eat!! We did vet and chiro with no luck and had to put our best friend DOWN all because Grey Dog employee FAILED to use safety on my sweet boy and let him FALL from the table and injured him!!!! The employee never called me or rushed him to the vet next door!! She let him lay in pain for 3 hours hoping he would recover enough to walk out!! UNBELIEVABLE TREATMENT AND NO SYMPATHY WHATSOEVER!! The manager is going to have better training on how her employees should be more kind to their customers. Enough said. Highly dissapointed and broken hearted!
Highly recommend!! They did the absolute best job! I’ve taken my Morkies to a few different places over the years and The Gray Dog hands down has been the best I’ve ever used! My baby has never looked cuter♥️ Thank you!
