It has been a little over 5 months since we moved into our new home built by Sullivan Homes. Overall, it has been a great experience. Working with the our design expert, Marley, the Realtor, Shannon, and the Construction Supervisor, Don, has been wonderful. All involved have been extremely helpful, staying up to date with all aspects of the build and the follow up. If an item arose and they do in construction they took care of those items quickly. I grew up in the construction field, so, having some background in it I can say without hesitation that Sullivan Homes does an excellent job and can highly recommend them to build your next home.

We loved building with Sullivan Homes! The whole Building process was so smooth, they even got the house done a few weeks early. We were able to make so many fun changes to personalize our home and we absolutely love It. Everyone that walks into our home tells us how beautiful it is.

We just finished building a house for the second time with Sullivan homes. Our first time around (in 2022) was a good experience and we were happy with the quality of our home. Our second time building was even better and I loved the changes that Sullivan has made! They allowed so many customizations, almost anything we wanted to do they were willing to help us with from structural customizations to finishes and design. They've also added more and better selections, and if they didn't already offer what I wanted they helped me find it from elsewhere or let me supply my own.
