My lower back, hamstrings, and calves were extremely tight. She walked on them for nearly the entire hour. I left there feeling better than I have in a long time. She’s strong and works hard.
This place has been renovated!
And their staff as well!
After testing a few different places, I am glad to say that I found a massage therapist who knows what to do, with a high level of professionalism.
My back and shoulder pain are now way manageable.

I've been going to St. George SPA regularly for a few years now. I've always received consistent and professional services there. Typically a deep tissue massage with therapists who listen and adjust their techniques according to the tensions discovered and feedback received.
I went again a few weeks ago and I must say - I am very impressed with the new renovations, especially with the oversized/comfortable, multi-function, temperature controlled, massage tables. The new decor is really nice too - there is a good vibe/mood there! I've never felt rushed or pressured on tip amounts, or anything like that.
