The Vet tech took my call about my 5 lb yorkie breathing difficulties. I live in Cedar City and it was 9pm she listened to him, had me look up a vid to see if that was what was wrong. Told me what to do to help or stop the reverse sneeze and it worked. Forever 5 stars in my book. Thank you!
We are so incredibly grateful for this clinic and the entire staff who cared for our girl during a scary situation for us. They were the only emergency clinic open and were extremely busy, but once it was our turn, they took the time to give our very anxious pup the care, patience, and compassion she needed.
Asia, Samantha, and Dr. Webster did a fantastic job caring for her and making us feel comfortable during such a stressful experience. We were asked to return the next morning for repeat X-rays, and they generously did not charge us for the repeat X-rays or the additional exam by Dr. Taylor. That kindness meant so much to us.

Our dog was acting strangely and we called multiple vet clinics, but none could see him the same day. Southwest was recommended so we went there. Everyone was so kind and helpful throughout the whole experience. Dr. Robison explained everything, was upfront about costs, and addressed all of our concerns. We had a positive experience and appreciated how thoughtful the entire staff was.
