Liz provided a quick response to my call regarding air conditioner not cooling.
Service Manager, Lance arrived within an hour after my call. Troubleshot and quickly resolved the problem. AC was up and cooling.
I also have their twice a year maintenance service. Southwest is the best, friendly, efficient & reliable.
Our air conditioning suddenly went out last night. At 8 am today we called Southwest Air Conditioning By 9 o'clock, Michael was on site and by 9:30 he'd diagnosed that we needed a new transformer. He's smart, well- trained and friendly. Within a short time, he had the air working. I would highly recommend this company and Michael for any heating or air conditioning problems you might have this summer!
