A couple years ago I needed some help across state lines. I called Several agencies in Cedar City and St George and No One would help or go across state lines. I called Simple Moves & Kade assured me they could help wherever & whenever I was ready. I did not need to load anything in a truck I just needed help with packing up my belongings and storing them in the same building. In addition It was a sensitive situation that needed kid gloves on their part to deal with me and my emotions. Kade assured me they were familiar with situations like mine and would be able to handle any issues that might arise. Kade and Kyle were always available to answer any questions I had leading up to the packing day and the crew that came across state lines to help me included Kyle so there was immediate continuity with my situation and I did not have to explain myself to a different team. He was aware and had informed his teammate. They were consummate professionals. They worked at a speed I could handle allowing me to separate items out to take with me that day and yet kept things moving along. We actually finished up earlier than projected. We completed the job that day and my belongings were stored safely away until I need to access them again. Recently I called them Again to help with an item that I had left behind. This time I did need a truck to move it for me. They knew the exact location and situation & had the right equipment/outfit of a truck to do the job effortlessly. There was continuity in their service for me because Kyle was on the team again. Their communication and service has always been straight forward, clear, concise, accurate, quick and professional. Simple Moves is Small enough for Continuity, yet Big Enough to get the job done Quickly and Professionally! I Highly recommend Simple Moves and will employ their moving services again in the future.
