They introduced me to the Herbalife shots, aloe is amazing! Don't worry the dietetic part has been pulled out of theirs. This is a must stop place for your post workout. I also hear they have Tuesday Night classes.

When I enter the door I'm always greeted by 2 pretty ladies. Then handed a tea they know just what I like. And then im entertained with some great conversations there always kind. Then they serve a shake that they put so much love and effort in made anyway im in the mood for. It's delicious and healthy.. I can't think of a better way to start my day . Thanks ladies
