I was in a pretty bad situation when I found tons of Mold EVERYWHERE in the home I had just purchased and closed on. Dusty and team went above and beyond for my wife and I and took such good care of us. Couldn’t be more grateful!
My house burned down in March and everyone told me how terrible it would be to work with restoration companies. I can’t speak for other companies but my experience with Service Master was completely the opposite! Alma was so compassionate and patient with me as my stuff was gone through. It’s a very emotional time and the whole team was so kind. Tony and Pedro and the whole team worked so hard to make moving back in so seamless and they went above and beyond to get me set up. It was such a relief to me to have them carry boxes and set beds up because I was exhausted! Truly I cannot praise them enough. Alma and her team are miracle workers. They were at my parents house early and got to work. They really went the second mile cleaning and scrubbing everything more than what I thought they would be required to… After my parents small house fire, the silver lining was having them leave the house sparkling clean!! i really hope they get the recognition they deserve, they work very hard and are very respectful and pleasant ?
