Tech 8029 was great! He explained what needed to be done, cost. After he was thru he gave some neat ideas on how to keep machine running smooth and possibly reduce repairs. Thank you!

Did great work and throughly explained what he was doing. My only complaint is that I haven’t received a receipt to submit to my home warranty company. Not the tech’s issue but what a pain to try and round up. I would avoid Sears for this reason alone.

No compaints on sevice issues, the Service person is very knowledgable and friendly. Our only beef is that he only comes to Mesquite once a week on Tuesdays. So when we call Choice for servce we had to get in line which whom is ahead of us for his services. If he has to order parts, we wait ofr the parts to ocme then wait for him to to get and opening which is usually the next tuesday or two for him to install the parts. That sometimes takes a month or so.
