i called on Saturday as I had no hot water for a couple of days. Colton arrived at my door within an hour. The pilot was off resulting in no hot water. Colton not only turned the pilot back on but showed me how to turn it on if it goes out again. He was very professional. I am a widowed senior citizen and felt that I was valued as a customer. This company really deserves a 5+ star rating for efficiency and customer service. Thank you

Knowledgeable and fast. Adam responded and helped us quickly decide on the best option for our money in an emergency, then made it happen. He evaluated the situation accurately and gave straightforward information and pricing without hedging. When a further problem outside the original scope (though probably involved in the cause of the initial call) was identified, he again helped lay out options in a professional manner so we could see it wasn't an "upsell".
