Sales guy showed up today with his kid or something. It’s a sales tactic to get your kids to open the door. He was pushy and rude. We had a pest company come last week and he said they missed a bunch of stuff. Huh? How does he know that? They sprayed for ants and spiders. How would he know where they sprayed!? I am glad we didn’t use them for any future services as their reviews are terrible.
Wish there was a way to give them a ZERO star review. We have had nothing but a bad experience with Saela. Never saw a decrease in bugs and whenever we asked about it or asked about it they always had some reason as to why. It’s an absolute joke how many times they have tried to upsell their services on us as well. They don’t take no for an answer. When my husband called to cancel our service they again wouldn’t take no for an answer. He had to speak with multiple people to finally get it though that we had zero interest in continuing with them. Do yourself a BIG favor and stay away from this company.
They upsold my 90yo grandpa to a $90/month mosquito abatement in St. George!! He had no idea what he was signing.
They demanded $450 when we tried to cancel it.
Shame. Shame. Shame.
