Update: this is solely on the customer service and professionalism of the owner (as to why I changed my review from 1 to 5 stars) not on me doing my taxes with them. The owner contacted me regarding my review trying to fix and make things better , which shows the care and integrity of the business as to why I am changing my review, no she did not ask me or offer anything to me to change my review which I wouldn’t anyways if I didn’t feel it was granted. Excellent service. I only remind people who have the idea of doing their Texas quickly that it is a bureaucratic process and it takes a long time to get a response from the government.

Taxes have always been confusing to me but this year I had stuff that added to the confusion. These folks got me sorted out quickly and are just the sweetest people. I highly recommend them.
