I called on the phone with a problem and he walked me through the procedure to fix it at no charge. Next time I need help I'll be going to him and be more than happy to pay for his service.

I have talked with Rick many times about different problems with Mac products, specifically iphones. He is very knowledgeable and will often times fix your problem on the spot. I have no reserve in recommending Rick for tech problems. He is a great person and has reasonable rates.

Rick knew what he was doing and just fixed the problem. I found him online and after reading the reviews before me, I thought I should give it a try. I only wish I had found him sooner so I could have saved myself a lot of frustration trying to fix it myself. Very happy with the service. -Min
