Jill and Tanner are so helpful! They go above and beyond in their service and knew more about what I wanted than I did. If you’re looking for great prices and even better customer service, this is your place to shop. We had new carpet installed less than a week after we bought it and I absolutely love it. Coming to this place will be well worth your time!
I did my transactions initially with Tanner over the phone from 330 miles away. He helped us with carpet, got us hooked up with installation from a distance and handled everything very efficiently. Carpet was installed well, cleanup was great, no wall damage. We were so pleased with the service for the carpet purchase, we went in to meet Tanner after our move and ended up with the new furnishings we needed with the same quality of service as we received on the carpet purchase, but in person. Which is always better.
Worked with Jill and am super pleased with her ability to help us find the best product for us. We went with a coretec LVP product and the process went smooth in ripping out the old stuff, grinding and filling cracks in the concrete, install etc. Turned out great! I highly recommend Ogden flooring.
