I have worked with Next Step for several years and send all my friends and family here. Doug returns calls and emails within the day and goes out of the way for us. It's nice to have someone local who is so responsive. I have had some very complicated taxes and they always get it done for a price that is more than reasonable. Doug helped me so much with my real estate LLC and taxes. Let's be honest...I know houses, shopping, and how to manage my children. This setting up an LLC, state taxes, federal taxes, social security, self employment, etc had me spinning. Then add quickbooks. Help! So I went in, admitted my ignorance and turned it over to him. He takes his time with me to explain what I need to do without making me feel stupid. I told him my goals," I need to pay enough taxes and show my income because one day I want to buy a home.
