Terrible business DO NOT use them. I invested several thousand dollars and pay a monthly fee to get their tax counsel. They filed taxes late the first yr and I was penalized, in which they left me to take care of the problem ($850 fine or endlessly sit on the phone and follow up with the IRS). They do not proactively help you or prepare you for tax season. The second yr filing taxes they gave me the wrong information on how to reduce tax cost, resulting in the loss of more money and $7k in getting help from another firm. They filed taxes late again! It's hard to find someone that will respond to calls or emails, and at times you can go 1 month+ without hearing back from them. I needed more financial guidance and support for my business and they wanted to charge an amount that was reasonable but not justifiable for a company that you cant trust or rely on. I went somewhere else and ended up paying 5x the amount that was quoted by Nexgen and Im ok with that because I will actually get the support and guidance Im paying for rather than get scammed by a company posing as an accounting firm.

They serve you as long as you're spending money, once you're not willing to, they totally ignore you. Weird thing is, a few month later, they started charging me a monthly $30 without telling me why...when I asked, they told me that they charged me for each time I called them...and I don't call them every month!Each of your questions will be answered once you pay a certain amount for a particular program/package. They charged me again today, but not under the NEXGEN name, they apparently have a new name which is EASIER ACCOUNTING, so beware. I tried calling Nate their agent, his phone is disconnected, emails don't work. At this point, I'm scared, especially after reading...read full review
