Decided to buy a lot with clay on it. With the help of all the great people at Landmark we are almost finished. When I called in for testing they were fast during the dumb pandemic building boom.Machines on site are expensive and they helped keep down time to a minimum. I would definitely recommend Landmark.

As someone who is not in the construction business I wouldn't know how well or not they did. I was just not as satisfied by the experience with the lack of communication. I met briefly with someone initially for a job at my home. They were professional and took soil and asked questions about the project and then designed and engineered what I needed for the permit and the builder to create. After that I got a bill for the services and was happy. Until about 1 month after the job was completed I received another surprise bill which was just under double the original amount for work that was done as they checked on the wall to ensure it was up to the design and specs. Great people to work with! We build a lot of homes and we are sure to get the best in geotechnical reports and these guys have impressed us with the quick responses and attention to detail. Very helpful
