The store seems to have a better lay out than the last visit which was some time ago. It seems cleaner and better than previous visits. However, there are far fewer employees that we could see. If there were more than 2 we didn't see them. We asked one employee where to check out and she pointed us to a main checkout. They have simplified their checkout into a central location since my last visit in store. Update: I went back the next day and they kindly helped me with the return, got the manager and there were no problems. Turns out the store will honor what is printed on the receipt. The gentleman that helped me today was kind and there were no problems. Lolly, who refused to help me yesterday, and the manager guy on site at that time, were both rude and unapologetic for refusing to honor the policy written on the receipt.
