The care that I received at Hearing and Brain Centers has been wonderful, but more important, I would like to say that I love my hearing aids! I had poor hearing in my right ear, was almost deaf in my left ear, and was suffering with tinnitus when I came into the clinic in 2022. Dr. Sparrow did a thorough examination and fit me with Oticon hearing aids. My hearing improved immediately, but I did have some issues at first. I am a musician, and music did not sound right. It was pretty frustrating. I kept wearing them though, and suddenly one day music sounded normal! It just took a while to adjust to them. My Mother in law and I walked in hoping to see if we could get some help with her hearing aids. The hearing aids were a different brand, but they still helped her and the Dr even came out to help. They got her paired to her Bluetooth on her phone and gave her some filters for her hearing aids. The receptionist and Dr were both kind and supportive . I would definitely recommend this Hearing and Btrain centers of America location.
I have been working with Dr. Sparrow for over 20+ years and through all those years him and his team have been more than amazing. They are always friendly, knowlagable, excellent customer service, and have bent over backwards to make sure i was getting the best equiptment for the best price and did whatever they had to to help me accomplish that goal of hearing clearly. And I cant say enough about how his staff Shellene and RacheI truly care about their clients. Always happy and smiling, and go out of their way to make you feel like part of the family. And they have the best treats in town to for while your waiting!! They are THE BEST!!!!!♥♥
