I 100% trust GlichBusters. They are professional, kind, and fair in their pricing. I have had several laptops in need of repair and tuning up, and they have always done a great job. The receptionist was very friendly and made me feel at home, even though I am a tech-challenged person! I will continue to recommend GlitchBusters to my friends. My ten-year-old Inspiron 15 laptop wouldn’t power up, even after replacing the battery. So, I decided to get some professional help, and I came across GlitchBusters after doing a search.

Naturally enough, in this day and age of less than scrupulous integrity, I had a certain amount of trepidation with facing the prospect of getting the “Oh, you need this, you need that,” and facing a bill that may not have been strictly justified.

I’m very glad to report that this was not the case with GlitchBusters. On the same day, I was advised that the repair would be $150 and I was asked for permission for them to proceed with the repair. Three...read full review
