Elle was fantastic! She is so nice and so easy to talk to. Her communication during my appointment was fantastic, making sure we were on the same page with our hair ideas! She explained the different things we could do with my hair and was thorough about the process, care, and how grow out would appear. She gave me the BEST hair color I’ve ever had and honestly the best salon experience. Highly recommend Essence and Elle!

I've known Heidi for about 15 years and she has done my hair since I moved here. I've tried other salons when she cut her hours, but I made room in my busy schedule to go see her because other salons cannot compare to the quality for the price.

When I called, I got a very nice receptionist who was able to give me a same day appt. I was exasperated not knowing who i should call. I was on time and had a very nice conversation with Ashley while I waited. Shelly trimmed out my bangs and did an awesome job. I'm so happy! I'm going g back. You should consider going here. It's a very modern feel when you walk in.
