Hard fought 5 stars. I had a situation which was somewhat complex and I had to provide some input to adjust it all. That being said, they did not charge more for the complicated situation and were able to fix it!
Overall, this is not a passive service and you need to be active, but compared to previous experiences with other providers, I'd definitely recommend. Josh Turner has been my main CPA for the last couple of years and been very responsive.

I'll be honest, my experience with Easier Accounting didn't start off great. There were some early hiccups with another team member that left me frustrated. But Josh completely turned things around. He stepped in, got everything organized, and made me feel like I was actually in good hands.
What sets Josh apart is that he doesn't just file your taxes and call it a day. He takes the time to really understand your business, what you're building, and where you're headed. Then he helps you think through strategy, not just compliance. For someone running a growing company, that's huge.
