Crux is amazing, and Trevor is even better!! My back was almost out and he was able to get me in right away. This is not your typical chiropractic place, they don’t just crack you and send you on your way.. they really take the time to find out the source of what’s wrong, spend time fixing it and then also give you exercises to do at home to help repair the injury. Trevor even sent me a video on how to do the exercises in case I forgot. They really are the best!!! If you have a chance to check them out-do it!!

I so appreciate Crux Sport & Spine... and am so grateful my primary doctor recommended them! I so appreciate the time and care that has been taken with each visit to address my needs. I've never felt rushed or left my appointment with any unanswered questions or concerns! I absolutely know that I am coming to the right place to get the help I need!! What I also appreciate is that I am sent home with "homework" to do between visits AND videos to refer to for proper form... so I have no excuses. Dr. Trevor is giving me the tools... and is holding me accountable... I love that! I highly recommend Crux Sport & Spine!
