Short story: Dr. Wilhelmsen is an extremely skilled chiropractor. Do not look any further because he has achieved the impossible for me in making me pain free. Save yourself time and pain and just go to him. Simple as that. Long story: I came from Virginia and have suffered from lower back pain due to arthritis and a bulging disc for the last 7 years. My back “doctor” at the time was just going to prescribe me pills. This was unacceptable for me and sought a chiropractor on my own. I was very grateful for my chiropractor at the time to there could reduce my pain level was a 2. I did not know any better and simply just chalked it up to this being my new normal and had to say that a 2 was better than a searing #10 back pain. I moved west last February and my back suffered a sever setback and found Dr. Wilhelmsen (I call him Dr. Corey) and he impressed me immediately with having an X-ray machine on site and read my basic results to me almost immediately. Dr. Wilhelmsen said he could definitely help me. On my next visit a couple of days later he had conducted a comprehensive analysis of my X-ray and created a plan for me going forward. His adjustment methods were totally different than my last chiropractor and within 3 visits (10 days), I was already at a 90% pain reduction. Within the next 10 days, I was totally pain free! I’m sorry for the length of this review, but Dr. Wilhelmsen has me pain free now due to his expertise and I am so grateful to him and wanted to stress this to as many people as I can of my experience with him and to let others know that you do not have to simply “settle” for a “new normal”, when you can have a chance at long term relief. Dr Wilhelmsen is very knowledgeable and does quite gentle adjustments. I feel he really cares about his patients! His office staff is great too!
