I recommend cryotherapy to everyone!! It's been amazing prep before and recovery after big adventure outings. Also very helpful for injuries. Jody is so kind and knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond!!

The benefit is worth being cold for 3 mins.inflammation goes down immediately, I have suffered chronic long term inflammation from a car accident and Cryotherapy helps my hips and back. In fact it’s helped my migraines.Jody, is great, talks and distracts you while in the chamber.I have really enjoyed my visits here.And the best part, it’s really not that expensive, he also offers package deals!Definitely will be going back.I’m on session 4 and have 6 more to go.

Jody and staff are amazing! Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. I highly recommend Cool It for so many things. They have helped me to world championships while dealing with injuries, joint and muscle fatigue, strains and swelling. It has helped me with my ability to recover, stay at peak performance and overall feel great and healthy. The best!
