My review is as a contractor. They have not paid for a deck on one of the houses they built. I have reached out to the person who contacted us to do the work as well as multiple emails and phone calls to their office. They have completely ghosted me. As far as I know maybe they are out of business but they have completely ignored me. I cannot speak to their quality.

The main contractor Garret Bangerter, who started this company more than 20 years ago, passed away in September of 2021. There has been no company information reflecting this on any social media platforms or websites. There is no longer any "Bangerter" General Contractor affiliated with this company. Many of Garret's long trusted sub contractors also no longer perform work for this company. The business name remains the same as his wife, Sherra, is entitled to keep it, while she continues to practice realty and have other general contractors build the homes. What a beautiful, comfortable home Bangerter Homes created. It is a great floorplan for family time, entertaining or relaxing.
