I wanted to update my review below from 1 Star to 4. In one of my emails from Lisa K. there was a customer review link. So I filled it out, I receieved an email from Doug Cox, VP of Sales & Customer Experience with Rustica with in 30 minutes of my review. He reached out to let me know that he would be sending out the matching black stops that match my barn track.I received the stops on black today, I want to Thank Doug Cox for taken care of this matter so quicky. I had spoke to and had text message on more than a couple of times with Terri, Kristi and Lisa regarding the product to make sure I was ordering the right size bar for my project. Our experience with Rustica was a roller coaster. I will say it ended with a wonderful outcome due to customer service. I originally would have only given 1 star but Kristy went above and beyond to make me happy and I will give 5 stars based on customer service. I ordered an 8080 and a 3060 wood door. Once received we installed the 3060 door. 3 days later my 3060 door exploded. All the seams came apart and split it all into pieces. We then checked our 8080 door (still in the crate) and it had also exploded. We spent thousands and thousands of dollars on these doors. My heart was broken!! These doors were gorgeous.
