When significant problems occur, involving thousands of dollars, the company works with corporate to resolve them. The customer service team and management will reach out quickly to address concerns. Ultimately, they are known to make things right, issuing full refunds and ensuring customer happiness. Despite occasional flukes, their workmanship and customer service are considered top notch, leading to high recommendations for door needs.
Haven’t used it yet but can’t wait to purchase and begin.

I wanted to update my review below from 1 Star to 4. In one of my emails from Lisa K. there was a customer review link. So I filled it out, I receieved an email from Doug Cox, VP of Sales & Customer Experience with Rustica with in 30 minutes of my review. He reached out to let me know that he would be sending out the matching black stops that match my barn track.I received the stops on black today, I want to Thank Doug Cox for taken care of this matter so quicky. I had spoke to and had text message on more than a couple of times with Terri, Kristi and Lisa regarding the product to make sure I was ordering the right size bar for my project. All was good, ordered and installed it the other day. All looked good till I open the bag of stops! I the attached pictures from thier web site it show the matching color for the stops. That is sure not what I received, they are silver, they stick out like a sore thumb, does not have the clean look as show on the web site.So I reached out to the company and received the below message/email from Lisa K. "Update for Case 260479 - "Wants Black Adjustable Stops"Thank you for reaching out. Those stops automatically come silver. But you are welcome to order some black ones if you wish. I have put together a cart link for you to place if you want to. Thank you kindly, Lisa K"rustica.com/cart?save_id…First off, " Wants Black Adjustable Stops" they should have been black in the first place as show on your web site Rustica!!!I am so disappointed with this company and the response, Now they want be to spend $60.dollars more for something that is show on the web site to be matching.
