Just got a haircut today from Joe. He takes walk-ins. Gave a great haircut in good time and followed my requests for how I liked my sideburns, neckline, and length on the sides and top. If you're looking for the place, if you see his little barbershop pole on the street then you're at the right place! His shop uses a single room in what looks like a small brown building with a sign for an electrician company or something.
