Everything was great but the staff was horrible before check out time they were calling and knocking on our door telling us we needed to start getting ready it was about 8:30 in the morning then at about 10:00 they used their key cards to open our room when it still wasn’t check out time they gave us no warning that they were coming in just opened the door as my little sister was changing.
Poor experience upon check-in. Did not have the room I had requested by phone the day prior to arrival. Quite the attitude. I was all but told I was lying about haven called in. However, it is in my phones call log. Other issue was that they showed coffee makers in all the room pictures and listening, but don't and offer no decaf option at there breakfast.Rooms: No coffee maker in the room, as shown in all their pictures.
Great experience. The room was huge. Clean food. Everything was wonderful until you tell them. You have a service dog. Then they start acting really weird. I'm sorry that I'm diabetic. And I have to have a service animal other than that, they should not discriminate against the handicap.Walkability: Cracker Barrel is right next door you can walk there.
