The facilities are clean and beautiful, and the overall experience is highly recommended for those seeking a pampering retreat. The resort spa is absolutely amazing. The GM was super accommodating with ever changing needs, and was only concerned with satisfaction. Therapists are outstanding, knowledgeable and strong hands! Superior customer service!!! Highly recommend. Vincino was amazing! His wife was great too. The nurse for the IV was also superb. Service was great. Beautiful location, relaxing spa reception area, fully equipped locker room with all the bells and whistles, skilled and kind masseuse, and lovely staff at reception. Expensive but worth it! The facility is really lovely with great views from the waiting area. The front desk person was friendly and helpful. The massage therapist was WONDERFUL. Highly recommend them for anyone like me who overdid it hiking the trails.

We love the customer service of the place. Shauna was awesome recommending services. The couple massage experience was awesome. Jarad was incredible. The ambiance was awesome However, we were not very pleased with the 30 min facial. It seemed like a face massage instead of a facial. We would not recommend this service. Our recommendation would be to bump it to 45 min so customer can get the black head removed ( deep cleaning) and at least get a face mask.
