The GM was super accommodating with ever changing needs, and was only concerned with satisfaction. Therapists are outstanding, knowledgeable and strong hands! Superior customer service!!! Highly recommend. Vincino was amazing! His wife was great too. The nurse for the IV was also superb. Service was great. Beautiful location, relaxing spa reception area, fully equipped locker room with all the bells and whistles, skilled and kind masseuse, and lovely staff at reception. Expensive but worth it! The facility is really lovely with great views from the waiting area. The front desk person was friendly and helpful. The massage therapist was WONDERFUL. Highly recommend them for anyone like me who overdid it hiking the trails.
