My therapist was Katrina, who I highly recommend!! I was in about a 100 knots! She worked hard to get rid of as many as she could in 60 minutes!! Lesson learned, after 31 days of flight attendant training, schedule a 2 hour massage for sure! I will definitely book another session with Katrina Long.
