Mark came out to view our water damage and took a lot of time to fully assess the problem, ensure I understood what he thought was going on, what to expect for how long it would take, and what to expect from his team. He was quick to respond and easy to get a hold of.Ben, Randy, and Daniel came to mitigate the mold and they were AWESOME!!! No one loves having strangers in their home, but I would take them in for dinner they made the experience that comfortable? Prime restoration is a great company full of incredible people that I’ve had the privilege to get to know personally. Then when I had a mold problem I knew just who to call.
