I have sent several clients to Prime for water damage and fire damage. Each time the client has called me back to thank me for my recommendation. Prime has great staff and they really care about taking care of their clients and doing the job right.

The crew was very professional and kind. They worked quickly and respected my home. I called in the am and they were at my house within an hour and took care of the issues so fast. I would use them again…hopeful we won’t need to, but if I did have another issue. They would be my first call.

Prime responded within a day of our water break. They checked areas I wouldn't have thought to check. Very professional, very knowledgeable in what they do. I would recommend their services to anyone who might need it. ?
