Great customer service and overall experience. They were able to get my daughter 2 new pairs of prescription glasses with us showing up 30 mins before they closed and at 1/4 the price of LensCrafters and other stores. I highly recommend them.
4.8 stars. We took our daughter in for glasses and had a really solid experience. One thing I really appreciated was that they didn’t hover or pressure us—they gave us space to look around and decide. That helped a lot since my wife is pretty picky and likes to take her time.
We’ve been to about three other places before this, including Excel Optical and Achieve Vision, and the biggest issue was durability. Even though my daughter is pretty careful, she’s still a kid… and her previous glasses were breaking constantly. We were using warranties every 1–2 months, and sometimes even paying out of pocket for replacements.

Denise was great to work with, she showed me all of the cost breakdowns for each pair of glasses and answered all of my questions. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and put me at ease with buying new glasses. Plus the two times I've called, the man on the line had been so nice and friendly. This place has great customer service!
