I had a pipe split under the floor in my basement while that is terrible, working with Chris was great. He kept me apprised of everything as he did it and made sure I was comfortable with the work. While expensive, it was quite a bit less than I feared. But that is the trouble when you live in an old house. Would totally recommend Eric's Plumbing!
