I was in a bind. My wife had just had a baby and I was just coming home to grab things to bring her home from the hospital with the baby. I noticed the house was hot and the AC wasn’t blowing cold. Tried some basic things, but did have the time or parts to get an immediate fix. I was so grateful when Jeff picked up the phone. He was at my house in 20 mins and had the problem fixed in 5 minutes (bad dual capacitor). He was also EXTREMELY fair with the pricing. I would have gratefully paid more simply for him getting my house livable again. Thank you Jeff! I’ll remember this.

Jeff did our original install 14 years ago and we've never had an issue. Cut to today, the most snow we've had in years and our blower decides to quit. We called Jeff and he was out here quick, diagnosed the problem and had us back up and running.

I live in a 120 year old house with a very aged furnace system. In one phone call Jeff was able to acertain the issue, what parts needed to be ordered, and even knew the gentleman that installed the system! He was able to procure the part the very next day and arrive and fix the system. I couldn't be happier with this level of service - I'll be using Jeff and his son singularly moving forward.*Note - I had previously called Triple T and was quoted $400 for a $30 part.
