I originally chose them because they were one of the top rated lash places online and they truly live up to that reputation. From day one, the entire team has been friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The manager especially stands out! she genuinely goes above and beyond for her clients, and it shows in the quality of service and care they provide. I really appreciate how attentive everyone is. They make sure you feel comfortable and leave happy every time. Their pricing is also very reasonable, which is a huge plus, and they often have specials. My recommendation for a stylist is Yuki. Yuki consistently does beautiful work and she is very attentive! My eyes never burn after she completes my lashes. And that always a plus when getting your lashes done. She is definitely my go to artist!“

“This was my second time getting waxed, and my first time at His+Hers Waxing. Chelsea was great to work with and helped make the experience of ripping out hundreds of hair follicles more manageable through her personable conversation skills. Overall it was a good experience, but the thoroughness in evenly clearing the specific areas requested for my appointment has been found lacking.

Healing protocol was clearly explained and is proceeding without a hitch. 4/5 stars“

My hair is extremely thick and can be challenging to work with, yet she somehow always gets both the cut and the color exactly right. My hair grows out beautifully, the color is consistently gorgeous and natural, and I leave feeling like the very best version of myself.

Beyond her talent, she’s thoughtful, meticulous, and genuinely listens to what her clients want. I never feel rushed, and I completely trust her judgment.

“I went to The Spa Lounge for my first time this weekend and had the BEST experience. I was greeted by a friendly woman at the front, who walked me back and had a locker, robe, and slippers ready for me to change into. She gave me a brief tour and told me where to go to wait for my masseuse. I scheduled a 90 minute deep tissue massage and Amy C was my masseuse and she was FABULOUS. It was truly one of the best massages I've ever had. She asked me what my concerns were, checked in throughout to make sure I was doing okay, and allowed me to fully relax during my time there. She was so kind, respectful, and truly is a wonderful masseuse. I would highly recommend the Spa Lounge, and will for sure be returning!!“
