I do appreciate Midtown for all they do and for all the help they provide to the community. You may have to wait up to two weeks for an appointment but where else can you get good care at a severe discount!
The drs here are AMAZING but I cannot begin to express how frustrating the receptionist is. It’s is SO hard to even get ahold of someone and then when you finally do she just seems like she hates her job. Gives misleading information. Half the time we are about the SAME THING over and over again. My wife called to schedule me an appointment. The receptionist said no need i already have an appointment scheduled. So, I went in and OF COURSE she says I don’t have an appointment scheduled?!?! So now I’m just waiting. For who knows how long. It’s so frustrating. I wish the receptionist was as good as literally every other person working there, I’d be giving 5 stars… read full review
