In January of 2021 I realized that my roof was leaking into my great room. I called a couple of different companies. Knockout Roofing came out immediately. They put a temporary cover over the area to prevent any additional damage even though I hadn't yet decided who I was going to hire. Their quote wasn't the cheapest but I'm always skeptical of companies that are and never go with the lowest quote anymore. We are very pleased with the installation Jose and Ernesto did on our roof. They did an excellent job. We would give 5 stars to them. However, we had to wait 9 months from the time of our down payment to the installation. Jason, the job supervisor, called us at 8:30 and wanted to have a crew come out the same day. One worker showed and worked two days. Part of the old roof was removed. Then they didn't come for 10 days. Jason was hard to reach and didn't return calls.We also had them install rain gutter covers. The installation was not to our satisfaction. We contacted them and Jose and Ernesto came the next morning and repaired it. They exemplify dedicated work ethic!

Ivan with knockout was fantastic. He us extremely knowledgable and He completely delt with my insurance and got them to cover my claim for wind damage and a full roof replacement which i did not think was even a possiblity. The crew that came out was extremely professional and the quality of work was top notch. The cleanup was just as good you cannot even tell that they were here except for my beautiful new roof. I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.
