We took students on a field trip to ice works. There was 4 instructors and around 30+ students. Not only did Ed stay late to accomodate use but he was very informative about all the processes of making the ice all the way to the end of sculpting . This was one of the best tours I have been on personally because you could tell how knowedgeable and passionate Ed is about his work. I highly recommend using Iceworks for your next ice sculpture.
