I have lived here for 2 and a half years now and have had nothing but positive experiences. The apartment was clean when I moved in and any maintenance that I have needed is addressed quickly.

We have been with Construction Realty for more than five years. They have always taken care of every maintenance request (only those raccoon bandits caused trouble but they always do). They made sure that where we lived didn't affect our quality of living. Thank you for that. Timely, supportive, and more than anything honest. I am so sorry if I slaughter your name but, Ginnley, is amazing. Such an asset to your company. We have started to look elsewhere for a bigger home for our hopefully growing family but we will miss the professionality.
