I was so impressed with the knowledge of the technician with regards to stain removal and realistic expectations. The technician was very detail-oriented and ensured that we understood the procedure and the service we were paying for. Additionally he explained why certain chemicals wouldn't be effectitive for specific stains. I highly reccommend their service for cleaning carpets and tile showers.
