“Mike and his people were so great to work with. I don't have the biggest home to remodel, but I felt like I was treated like his biggest customer. I wanted to maximize the awkward kitchen space I have and Mike put in extra time laying it out until I was satisfied with the design. As a result, I am extremely pleased with the final product. The quality is fantastic and that extra effort makes the whole kitchen chef friendly and comfortable. They also did a bathroom and bar area. Those were relatively simple compared with the kitchen, but also turned out beautiful. We only had one small adjustment issue and Mike had his guy come fix it right away. Those attentions to detail and customer service really matter to me and made the whole process stress free and a pleasure.Updated review:Recently bought a new house with a half finished job by another contractor that was unresponsive. I had such a great experience with Lloyd's in the past that I called them up to come look at what it would take to finish this one. They did a fantastic job making sure everything was completed and all exactly on schedule as promised. DETAILS! Details are so important and Mike's guys pay attention to those details that are the difference between a professionally finished project and those that leave a laundry list of loose ends. I gave them 5 stars last time, and I'll give them another 5, making a total of 10.“

They were quick, kept everything clean, and very polite.Edit: I just noticed they tightened our loose facet for us while they were working under the sink. These guys are great!“

“We used Salt Design 5 years ago on our upstairs remodel. They helped us design our kitchen cabinets, island, entertainment center and two bathrooms. They all turned out beautiful and we still get nothing but wonderful compliments. Even with two dogs, two kids and a very active husband they still look brand new!We finally finished our basement and used Salt Design again for a wet bar, entertainment center and bathroom. “We did a full home renovation and used these guys (based on our contractor's recommendation) for all new cabinets throughout the entire house... Large kitchen with 2 islands, butlers pantry, powder room, laundry/mudroom, and 2 full bathrooms. It was a big job and they did fantastic. We had a couple snags along the way, which is to be expected, but they were great to work with getting everything figured out and we could not be more happy with the end result. Graham is very knowledgeable when it comes to design and was especially helpful!“

“Preston was great! A finish carpenter didn't butt up the baseboard to the cabinet and so it had a half inch gap. Even through it wasn't their mistake, they came with a great fix that looks great! He was sure to make sure that it matched the other side. He showed up on time and was very nice in letting me know what he was doing and what to expect. Great experience all around!“
