This may sound funny I watch the Simpson episode where Lisa & Homer go to one, it was hilarious!! Then a person at work mentioned it was awesome so, I have been going here 2022, I was hesitant to try it out at first thinking I would freak out. Not the case, it took me a bit now I close the door, turn off the light and music. I used to have it all the way open or leave it slightly ajar. I got a little cold so I now close it. People who work here are mellow and very nice. It very clean and a place to escape out of the noisy world! Once you learn how to relax your muscles and do breathwork, it is an amazing experience! Its was a perfect mother's day gift for my mother and I.
went in today loved the welcoming warm environment , my mom had soreness in her arms and stress from work , and today helped relieve and reduce the symptoms. I had stiff neck and tension in my shoulders from the work I do and congestion , it helped with resoving these issues as well we will be returning to this business thanks for the healing and relaxation ?
First float tonight, definitely going to go again ! I have MS the relief from spasticity after 1 float is amazing. The sense of calmness and relaxation is mind blowing! I can't believe I waited so long to try it. The owner was very sweet!
