Great place to stay with your family has a direct access to tram to get up toe snowbird for skiing or snowboarding. Will surely come back another time. Friendly and helpful staff. The place is a bit of a maze for the first day. Must visit the seventyone has some great options. Spa is amazing wish had more time to relax at the spa.
While we have not yet had our stay at The Cliff Lodge, I wanted to shout out the incredible customer service we have received from Samantha. We were hoping for a different room set up so I had sent an email inquiring. Samantha went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, share details and wait list for our first choice. There was no delay in response, she was friendly and informative - things we don't see in customer service much any more. Thank you Samantha Morehouse for your incredible customer service and hats off to Snowbird for employing people like Samantha to represent them!
Great hotel and conference center! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The room also included a single-cup Keurig with coffee provided by the hotel.
We stayed here for both a conference and a ski vacation, and the location was perfect for both. Overall, it was a very convenient and enjoyable place to stay.
