I bought your Full Blown Beauty Round Brush hair dryer a few months ago and fell in love with it. My hair looked incredibly full and drying the back was suddenly a breeze! I recommended it to everyone. Then, last week, it just stopped working. So why am I giving the company 5 stars? Well, I emailed Lifestyle Products, and Customer Service Manager Shay Bedke immediately got back to me and arranged to send me a new one. For a few days, I had to use my regular dryer and round brush, and my hair looked terrible.
