My dog-Tobi- is very timid around new people. Jilly took my concerns seriously! She made sure my Tobi was comfortable his entire grooming. When asked what cut I wanted for him, she showed me how much fur the blade I chose would cut off. She then showed me the other sized blades and I am so grateful she did! My initial choice was too much and having the visual helped me choose what I was envisioning. He looked so handsome and perfect when he was done ?
Our domestic long hair cat is an indoor/outdoor cat and in need of grooming frequently. So grateful we connected with Jilly Beans and have had such wonderful for service Jasmine. Making appointments online is so helpful and if a conflict arises for us or the groomer, it’s quickly resolved via text. I would recommend Jilly Bean Pet Parlor for both dogs and cats. How awesome to have a cat groomer in the valley who is so attentive.
Jilly is the best groomer I've ever sent my dogs to! I have a Sheepadoodle that is very anxious. She is so patient and kind to him. I take my Goldendoodle and Sheepadoodle to her. She always does an amazing job and does exactly what we want. My dogs always come out happy. We love Jilly!!! She's the best!!!
