Our house had a sewage flood while we were on vacation. It was stressful being over 1,000 miles away when this happened. We called Alpine and they helped us immediately. Quinn, Amalia and team removed all the sewage water. They also removed all dry wall and carpet affected by the sewage. They inspected all the contents and found the ones that need to be replaced. When we came home, we were very happy with the results. It didn’t smell. Everything was handled exactly how we would have expected. We trusted Alpine to be in our home even when we weren’t. I am a property manager for student housing. We had an apartment with a weird odor and another that smelled of smoke. Alpine was very quick to respond to my initial phone call. So far this company has been great.. when I called about my flooded basement I was expecting to be put on a waiting list or have to schedule an appointment... I was wrong... showed up within an hour and a half... most of that was their drive time... after they showed up they did their testing for moisture and had their crew out there a couple hours later. They helped box up everything that hadn't got to.. moved it all out of the basement and had the air flowing by end of day... so far this company has been great... and they'll answer and explain anything you need them to... we haven't got to the repair part yet still waiting on insurance... but im sure they'll… read full review
